some comments on your setup.
I know it is more expensive than what you have currently, but the extra isk makes huge difference on your tank. besides, running through WC a couple of times makes up for it :-) they also free up a low slot (no need for the cpr).

I know they are expensive, but try fitting 5 x T2 cap rechargers. you should be able to get them for around 10 mill a piece now.
bigger guns mean that you get rid of damage sources faster, I have been able to fit 5 x 350mm rails myself.
if you can build or buy armor repair amount rigs, I recommend doing so. this means that you get more amount repaired using the same amount of cap. in this case you can run one LAR2 and 5 350mm guns with AM ammo indefinetly (assuming 5 x cap recharger 2).
one drone aug link should be enough, assuming you have some EW drone skill (which increases your drone range). I have 74km drone control range using that, which matches nicely with 350mm guns w. iridium ammo and warden sentry drones.
after I put on the 3 x armor repair amount rigs, I have gone for using 1 x LAR2. this holds if you do not aggro extra groups (which can be tricky with drones). the rest of the tank is usually 2 x each of TH/KIN hardeners and possibly a damage control II (in case things go wrong you get longer time to warp out). you could fit an extra hardener or possibly a 800mm plate, but I think getting a 1600mm plate on requires you to drop one gun.
if you can get away with using 1 x LAR2 and 4 x hardeners II in tank, then consider adding a couple of magnetic field stabilizers. it does speed up the ship killing, but at increased risk of loosing the ship if things go wrong.
I will let you figure out the tactics on your own, it keeps things interesting. but I'll give you some pointers:
- move to the serpentis ships at warp in, the guristas wont move until you release drones.
- be very careful using drones in the serpentis stage, if they attack the sansha ship you get full room aggro. waiting too long to warp out here has cost me a well fitted domi.
- use sentries to start with in the gurista stage, ogres that go after the targets can pass too close to non aggroed ships and cause general unpleasantness. do not use them until you have aggroed (and handle it) from all the remaining ships.
I hope these comments are of some use for you.
